»ANGST — An Odyssey to Euphobia« is an interactive application on the Mæve table of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, which makes fears in the European context tangible.
The user has the option to shape the course of his journey through different artifacts over and over again. While cubes that can be placed anywhere can add a specific fear to the European map, self-propelled robots (KATER) help to demonstrate cross-border similarities and–together with the user–go on the search for patterns and backgrounds of European fears.
«An Odyssey to Euphobia» allows a journey into the darkest corners of Europe, illuminating fears that go far beyond national boundaries and lead the user to his heart and confront him with his own fears.
